  • With an open design, the mall is naturally ventilated to capitalise on the wind direction and maximise air flow to enhance the comfort level of the community spaces.

  • Greenery is planted in potential hotspots to lower the ambient temperature.

  • Fans and lighting at common areas are adjusted based on wind flow and human traffic patterns.

  • The barrier-free smart parking system, Parking@HDB, is adopted to eliminate bottlenecks at car park entrances and exits especially during peak hours.
  • Vehicle plate numbers are registered via cameras and parking charges are automatically calculated. Motorists can pay for their parking charges via the Parking@HDB app, without the need of a CashCard.

  • Even the shopping experience has been transformed, and shoppers can access the digital shopfront with ShopperLink app to browse the mall’s latest offerings and happenings.

Seamless Connectivity

  • Northshore Plaza provides seamless connectivity from Samudera LRT Station to the Park Connector Network (PCN) and the rest of Punggol town. The mall is also connected to the adjacent HDB precincts through link ways and link bridges.
